Episode 011 - Kakapo and Kiwi bird

This week we're both endangered, flightless birds indigenous to New Zealand! A Kakapo and a Kiwi bird! What fun! You can learn more about what you can do to help this week's birdies by visiting the Kakapo Recovery Programme and Save the Kiwi.
This week, we talk about a big, drunk, smoking baby. We talk about a search by colour and call up the Kakapo parents as well! Also, we discuss a terrorist who talked for cookies and the new Tonight Show. Watch this video of a man being tasered and then running away from cops! We received six letters this week! Holy smokes!
Our JERK OF THE WEEK this week is Jonathan "Johnny Sue-nami" Lee Riches. Maybe he will sue us for calling him a jerk!
Don't forget to email us your comments and questions, follow us on Twitter, or comment right here on the site! Also, if you use iTunes you can click here to subscribe and have TGBA delivered automatically to your 'puter every week! Neat!
This week's show was sponsored by a powerful wizard!
Thanks for listening, buddies!

Hey Guys, Great episode this last week!
Fuck Fahrenheit, Celsius rules! And yes, I do believe Celsius is part of the metric system. One thing, I understand there are multiple ways to get ahold of you guys, but what if one wanted to send you some mail the old fashioned way? You know, where you put a stamp on an envelope and put it in a slot somwhere and then it shows up at your door.

Dear Randy the Seacow,

Absolutely you can send us real, physical mail! We just didn't think giving a mailing address would warrant any results. Email us at twoguysbeinganimals@gmail.com and I will send you our snail mail address. This goes for all of you listeners.... please send us physical objects!

Sincerely,

Kakapo

In New Zealand there are lots of crazy birds because no land mammals ever made it to the island. Therefore, birds who did make it there evolved in a way that sort of mirrors some mammals jobs, like grazing. That's why there are birds with pretty silly behaviors and characteristics. That's also why they are so endangered, as they are very unique and introduced species could really screw 'em over.
Just thought I'd send in this fyi, cause I just found it out myself.
