Episode 010 - Monkey, Grizzly, Egg

And this week, we have become a monkey and a grizzly bear. We also include a very special guest for episode 10, Tomek the Egg. We sample some Kelownian beers and talk about Bobby Badfingers, a wedding fight over too-low-pants, bad book titles, a Tour de France for convicts, Wolfram Alpha, and a man who saved his own life by giving harmonicas to kids. We received our first completely unsolicited email this week, and it was from a listener named Nic! He lives in North Carolina, is a man, and also a good cook! Thank you, Nic! We mentioned some people in Twitter-ville on this episode, and they included: @dumpstermyass, @gareth53, @netwerx1, @lucasmurtinho, @louie_e, @paigetjohnson, and @clasaadi.
We have some new music in this episode. You'll know it's new when you notice the couple songs that don't sound like they were recorded in the 1930s. This is because they were not. They were recorded quite recently by a band called Our Book and the Authors, from Montreal. Also, they have given us permission to play their songs on the show, so there! You can buy their album here.
Remember, you can email us, follow us on Twitter, or comment right here on the site! Thanks for listening, and congratulations to Momma Lion on winning the joke contest!

In this bonanza of an episode, we become a lion and a zebra. Meanwhile, we welcome our first in-studio guest, Tracey the sled dog! She stopped by to discuss her Cuba Gooding Jr. jokes website and help us chat! The lion and zebra mix up some Moscow Mules and they're spicy! Sled dog is a bit sick, so she makes herself a real nice hot toody!
This episode has it all, folks. We single out people we have known or seen that we consider to be jerks, we talk about Celine Dion and her anti-fans, we even talk about animal euthanasia! We discuss Archie Andrews and his apparent engagement, a very religious/stinky man, the new album from Dangermouse and co, and washboard abs and how they can save your life.

Tracey also told us about her video plea for a Sister Act 3, which can be watched here. Lion would also like to recommend "tastes the same to me".

We read some tweets from @Louie_E, @Boomstone, and @TrickyWizard in Twitter-land. Also in Twitterville, @TTTracey told us about a company called Threadless that is letting people vote on their favorite tweets and then twoot them on to a shirt! In more Twitter-mania, the zebra talked about a new site called Tweeting Too Hard.

Episode 008 - Horse and Cat

In episode eight, we have become a horse and a cat. We shake up a Basil Gimlet and discuss the first face transplant, Windows 7 RC1, Mingering Mike, Dijon mustard, an upside down pizza and stupid criminals and drunks. We also break some big news on the show from Dave Booth, and call up a giraffe who works at a burrito shop! The horse planned on telling you about a television show that is ending, but he totally forgot!

This is our biggest bonanza of an episode yet. Contained within: the VPD beating up the wrong guys, mowing your lawn with goats, Rockefeller wants to shut down the internets, a sad book review, a phonecall to Mother Tarsier, real-life zombies, the Grapes of Rad, Twitter buddies, the death of the hidden track, 40ozmaltliquor.com, and your haiku submissions!

Tarsier drinks some caesars, and we teach you how to make them. Meanwhile, Mongoose is still a bit sick, so he sticks with juice. Also, we claimed we would talk about crockpots, but we never actually did. Also, we got a message from Dave about his new lolspam blog.

In our Twitter segment, we mentioned @chris1547, @QueensOwnTalia, @BigFatLuckyCat, @DonnaRidgway, @Davidleebooth and @RealWorldCara.

Episode 006 - Snake and a Lamb!

For our sixth episode, we become a snake and a lamb and teach you how to mix a proper Manhattan! We talk about haiku poetry, the death of Geocities, Mortal Kombat 2, Blip.fm, swine flu, foreign listeners, high school, and GhostNet! Also, while the lamb claimed that he was just about over his sickness, the lamb was very wrong! Finally, we read a couple letters from the dolphin parents! If you'd like your email read on the show, just write to us! Also, we mentioned on this week's show how excited we would be to receive pictures! Lastly, we challenged all you listeners out there to write us a haiku and send it in! We will read the best ones next week on episode seven!

This just in! As the lamb was readying episode six for the internets, international media is now saying that the swine flu, perhaps, may not be as deadly as was first feared! Read all about it!
